I've been on so many diets / healthy eating plans that I've lost count. I've had gym memberships and personal trainers. Sure I lost a bit of weight, but I gained it all back. This year, I'm so determined to loose the weight for good. I figured if I make a blog, it would help me stick to my goals! So in preparation of the bootcamp I’ll be doing in a fortnight..I decided to eat clean..and start exercising again..just so I’m not a complete unco..lol. So far, it’s going pretty well. Haven’t lost any weight yet..but we shall see. I’m going to amp up my water intake today and see how we go. I’m excited. :D
Me and a friend just signed up for a 4 week boot camp..and can I say, I AM SO EXCITED!!! Not only will it be amazing, but I bought it for $29. Oh yes. And it includes 1 month of free gym! WHOOT. I’ve never done anything like this before..so it should be really interesting!
