One day..I will be able to run for more than 1 minute without dying..
So in preparation of the bootcamp I’ll be doing in a fortnight..I decided to eat clean..and start exercising again..just so I’m not a complete unco..lol. So far, it’s going pretty well. Haven’t lost any weight yet..but we shall see. I’m going to amp up my water intake today and see how we go. I’m excited. :D
Me and a friend just signed up for a 4 week boot camp..and can I say, I AM SO EXCITED!!! Not only will it be amazing, but I bought it for $29. Oh yes. And it includes 1 month of free gym! WHOOT. I’ve never done anything like this before..so it should be really interesting!

So I got super sick after January…and no doctor or specialist could figure out what was wrong with me…but during this time, I gained weight… *sadface* But for some reason, I’m feeling much better, so back on the weightloss I go! This time around, I’m doing Dukan, been doing it for 4 days, and lost 4.9kg. :D Happiness in a cup. I’m doing 7 days of Attack, and then moving on to Cruise until I get down to 54kg. I’m so determined this time. I’m actually excited to see what I look like when this is all over!
