&lt;li&gt;12 ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Put half the watermelon in the blender and blend until smooth, then add half of the ice and sherbet; blend until smooth. Repeat the process with the rest of the ingredients.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;2 tablespoons of sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon of lemon juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 cup of ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place the honeydew, kiwi, apple, sugar, and lemon juice into the blender and blend until it’s smooth, then add the ice cubes and blend until the mixture is slushy.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MANGO SURPRISE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1/4 cup of fat-free vanilla yogurt&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon of juice&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon of sugar&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Add all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;1 medium-sized, chopped apple&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;2 tablespoons of cashew butter&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;6 ice cubes&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Place all the ingredients in the blender and then blend until smooth; best eaten with a spoon!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;These all look so yummy! I think I’ll try the apple one first… or maybe the kiwi? but the mango peach looks so delicious!! oh no, can’t decide!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;A lot of wraps in the supermarket tend to be very carby and can have lots of additives - so why not just make one yourself? It’s quick and easy, AND healthy! Buckwheat is a miracle grain, so why not incorporate it into this wrap!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The nouns:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 melted tablespoon coconut oil (you can use olive oil, but coconut is also one of those miracle foods that you can incorporate into this!)&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 whisked whole egg&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;1 tablespoon buckwheat flour&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;pinch of salt and pepper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;splash of water to thin-out mixture&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The verbs:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Whisk together all of the above ingredients until you have a very runny mixture.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pour into a medium-sized frypan and swirl around so that you have a circular base.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fry on high heat until it cooks and looks slightly crispy on the edges.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flip to cook reverse side&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Transfer onto a plate, let cool and add some healthy fillings!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Filling ideas:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tomatoes, cucumber, cottage cheese, salt + pepper&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carrots, capsicum, chicken&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Couscous, tomatoes, raising, carrots&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cottage cheese, strawberries, nuts&lt;/li&gt;

Great. I mean, I was allergic to the stuff when I was a kid, but I thought I grew out of it. :/ So once I finish all of my protein powder, I&amp;#8217;m going to try the Soy option. (I hate soy milk so I hope it tastes nothing like it. Ick.)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I also popped down to my local body building shop to enquire about soy proteins and stuff, and the lady there was beyond helpful! Yay! Last time I went in there, the guy was a complete turd. Anyway. She was saying that I&amp;#8217;m not eating ENOUGH. Whaaa?? Well, according to her, I&amp;#8217;m eating too much liquid meals. (Protein shakes) She reckons that I should eat more whole foods (like oats, veggies etc.) and cut down to protein shakes to once or twice a day. Hmm. Interesting. She also gave me some Thermogenic Fat Burner tablets to try. I took one before I went to the gym, and man, I was buzzed. Haha. I have so much energy to workout, which was AWESOME. Yeah buddy. I think I&amp;#8217;m still hyped from it. Haha&lt;/p&gt;

Why you may ask? Because I hardly ever get on Tumblr anymore. *insert sad face here* However, I&amp;#8217;ve been doing Jamie Eason&amp;#8217;s LiveFit trainer for the last 4 weeks, and I&amp;#8217;m excited!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#8217;ve lost 2kg (4lbs) so far on Phase 1, which is only doing weights. But I have noticed such a difference! I have heaps more energy, and barely any cravings. (Yay!) I&amp;#8217;m totally looking forward to Phase 2 of the trainer which incorporated cardio into the workouts. It will be super interesting to see the fat melt away. *Happiness* But back to weights, of course having next to no muscle to begin with, I started all my weights at around 5kg. Well, after 4 weeks of going to the gym5 days a week, I am proud to say that my weights are around the 30kg mark.Heck yes.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;So I&amp;#8217;m thinking I should get back on the blogging bandwagon. Starting now, I&amp;#8217;ll post my intake and exercise. Join me on the journey. I&amp;#8217;m already so excited with the progress! Very much looking forward to Monday next week when I&amp;#8217;ll take measurements.
